Shipping costs
We deliver in Switzerland with Swiss Post and DHL. The maximum delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for Switzerland and 5-7 working days for the EU.
    - Shipping within Switzerland and the EU is free of charge for orders over CHF/EUR 70.
    - Shipping is CHF/EUR 7.00 for orders under CHF/EUR 70.

Packaging material
We try to reduce packaging and save resources by reusing used packaging material for shipping.


Returns
Items ordered from Lili Pepper/beyond textiles GmbH can generally be returned within 14 days of receipt. Provided that the goods are in perfect, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. This can only be done after written notification (by e-mail) to Lili Pepper (mail@lilipepper.ch) and subsequent confirmation by Lili Pepper.
The customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment. If the customer has returned the goods in due time and properly, Lili Pepper will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs.
