Our mini heat pads are filled with the finest rapeseed and can be heated in the oven or microwave.

They are a versatile aid for tension, stomach pain, colds and menstrual cramps.

Size: 12cm x 12 cm.

The cover and the inner cushion are made of 100% organic cotton.

Rapeseed: Origin Germany.

Designed and sewn in Switzerland.

To heat : REMOVE THE COVER.

Heat it in an unheated oven at max. 110°C for max. 5 minutes.

Heat it in the microwave at a maximum of 300 watts for a maximum of 1 minute.

Never leave the pillow unattended in the oven or microwave.
