It all starts with hand drawing

If someone asks me what is special about Lili Pepper, then I would definitely highlight the origin of our designs. I draw each of our designs by hand. With a brush, pencil and paper, I create whole pictures or just small fragments that are then put together to form a larger one.

I love working with watercolors and brushes. I really like mixing the colors together, the structure of the brush and the fine lines or large patterns that you can paint with it.

Anyone who knows our work knows that I like to combine floral motifs as well as geometric shapes. In the series of hand-painted pictures, it was the three colors vanilla, very pearly and rosé that inspired me. The colors and shapes are different in every picture and each picture is unique.

Material: Handmade paper, painted with gouache, hand signed.
